During this class we will be learning several skills that we will be able to put into practice in lots of different future projects by making an adult pinafore dress in a light denim or corduroy with darts and a back zip fastening. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to level up on the sewing machine. We won't be covering threading up the machine again so some basic skills are recommended.

Things we'll learn during this class:

• Taking body measurements and choosing the correct pattern size

• Making adjustments to a pattern to fit the body

• Creating darts

• Sewing and overlocking seams
